The staff was polite and supportive. The in-room amenities were okay. The location was really nice for a stay where you'd want to stay close to the city centre. The cleanliness was below par. The towels had stain marks, although they appeared to be washed. The breakfast served in the room was very basic. But the most disappointing part was the parking arrangement. Although located within the boundary fencing of the property, this was outside the building in an open space. This kept the vehicle exposed to external elements (dust, debris, sunlight, and potential risk of theft/vandalism). To add more disappointment, the bathroom ran out of water in the morning, and the geyser didn't work despite notifying the reception multiple times.

Geyser was out of order. And we weren’t provided any seevice or hot water in extreme cold weather.
