Staff overall- super friendly. We got a complimentary upgrade which was really nice. Everyone was helpful despite it being NYE. The SPA/Salon for women was a bit of a mess. I had to get ready for a wedding so I asked for a 5pm booking at check in- I was told that would be fine. I got a call after asking for me to come down at 6pm instead. I explained this is for a wedding so I can't be too late. I got there at 6pm and the door was locked.. I waited for 20 mins before anyone came & the service was also below average for pretty expensive prices. Hotel was good but I would avoid the salon. The entry/exit of the hotel is also not easy. There should be multiple entrances to the property given the busy location/dhaka traffic.
