NA 1. Jacuzzi was broken 2. No hot water supply 3. Every water line problem 4. Too much mosquito 5. Fan not working properly 6. Very low quality brush provide 7. For six persons just one mini pack pest there 8. For Six person just only one bottle water supplied 9. And many more

The behavior of manager. Their services. Breakfast Every staff was welcoming but the night staff was very very very rude. I was very exhausted and the worst thing is they turn off the elevator from 1 am to 6am and when I request the stuff at the counter to turn on the elevator because I was tired he was very rude first he didn’t replies me then he did a very rude behavior . Didn’t expected such behavior
