Nothing First, it was previously informed that we will be reaching very early in the morning, and the arrival time of the train was also communicated. Still, there was no one to open the door and we waited for more than 2 hours outside. Second, they pushed us to pay when we were checking in, even before watching the room, which was just unacceptable. Third, even the most expensive quarduple room lacked bare necessities, not even toilet tissues were there. Try to avoid this shitty place for staying. Thanks.

The room wasn't decorative but clean at least. They charged us 400 taka more for the same room and the location in the website was wrong too. It needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Their behave was so so. The bedsheet had holes in it.
