City view hotel & Apartment

Hello, I would like to file a formal complaint about my experience with this property. When I arrived, the hotel did not provide the room I had booked. Instead, I was told that I had to accept different arrangements. I was not comfortable with this, so I had to leave the property and find another place to stay. This caused me significant inconvenience, stress, and wasted time, especially at night. I appreciate that my booking was cancelled free of charge. However, I believe this property’s handling of my reservation was unacceptable. Please investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure other customers do not experience the same situation in the future. Thank you.
