The facilities and staff were amazing. Especially Ripon and Jannat.
A good selection at breakfast and the smokey grill restaurant was also very impressive.
The quality of the coffee in the cafe in the hotel was really good.
Overall it was a really good stay and would definitely stay there again if I visit sylhet!

Each interaction felt less like a transaction and more like a shared moment of understanding between travelers of the same road.
What lingers most is the sense of being quietly accompanied. At no point did I feel alone in the practicalities of travel; unseen hands seemed to steady the path, ensuring that small uncertainties never grew heavy.
