Overall, I had a very good experience at this hotel. The interior design is truly top-notch, giving the property a modern and premium feel. The complimentary breakfast was also of excellent quality, with a good selection of food. However, there were a few issues that I believe should be improved. First, I faced a problem during payment. I booked the hotel through Booking.com, where the room rate was shown in USD. When I went to pay in Bangladeshi Taka, the online exchange rate was around BDT 122.70 per USD. However, the receptionist asked me to pay at a rate of BDT 125 per USD, explaining that the hotel uses a slightly higher exchange rate. After some discussion, we agreed on BDT 124 per USD. I found this disappointing, as guests should be informed about such policies clearly in advance. Another drawback is that the rooms do not have balconies, and there is no drying stand or rack for wet clothes, which would be very useful for guests. I also noticed a hygiene issue. While cleaning the room, the housekeeping staff used the same mop for both the bathroom and the room floor in front of me. This is something that should definitely be addressed to maintain proper cleanliness standards. On the positive side, the hotel staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant food was also excellent and of very high quality. Despite the few areas that need improvement, the overall service and experience were impressive. The hotel offers a level of comfort and service that feels close to a mini 5-star hotel. I would recommend it and hope these issues are addressed in the future. Rating: 3.5/5 ⭐
