I have booked many times through Booking.com and never faced an issue like this before. I made a last-minute booking because the property showed as available, but after contacting the host, I was told it was already booked through another source. This was very frustrating and disappointing, especiallyY1sinceI trusted the availability shown on Booking.com. It’s unacceptable that the property was advertised as available when it actually not. Didn't stay there.

Windows curtains need to change because night time fully transparent can see clearly from outside
And toilet window also transparent and just outside very near another flat people can clearly see what happening in washroom rest all excellent
