To say that the room was absolutely awful for the price and the bed was also awful. The room was not very clean and rain water seeped into the room when it rained. And at the time of booking, breakfast was included but no breakfast was provided.

Had a great complementary breakfast and the location not bad but the property is very close (approx 200 yds)from the sea beach Hotel room & beds were not the same as we choose/booked thru booking.com
It takes 10-15 minutes far from Kolatoli & Sugandha beach point while ride by Battery Riksha and fare 80-100 taka one way.
