Nothing just location was fine No lift, very dirty, broken bathroom stuffs, water runs out frequently

I would not comments for this hotel. Only good thing they have free wifi. All guest are requested to read the review fast then book the hotel.
Hope rhe property owner revisit the business facilities at least a certain level then open for customer once again. In the property I personally did not like anything that can be mentioned.

I recently stayed at Royal Park Residential Hotel, after booking it through Booking.com, and I was extremely disappointed. The photos on the website are very misleading and do not accurately represent the current state of the hotel.
Upon arrival, I found that the hotel was in a very poor condition. My room was in level 6, but there was no lift. Despite the central location, the discomfort and lack of basic amenities made my stay very unpleasant.
I urge Booking.com to ensure that the listings on their website are accurate and up-to-date. Travelers rely on these images and descriptions when making their bookings, and it's disheartening to have such a disappointing experience. I would also like to request booking.com to check some review about this hotel which are given on google map.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope that my review will help others avoid a similar experience.
