I would like to file a formal complaint about my experience with this property.
When I arrived, the hotel did not provide the room I had booked. Instead, I was told that I had to accept different arrangements. I was not comfortable with this, so I had to leave the property and find another place to stay. This caused me significant inconvenience, stress, and wasted time, especially at night.
I appreciate that my booking was cancelled free of charge. However, I believe this property’s handling of my reservation was unacceptable. Please investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure other customers do not experience the same situation in the future.

When I booked the room, it said there was a bathtub in the bathroom. But after checking in, I didn’t find any bathtub.

I loved the guest service, I loved the location, I very much enjoyed the amenities, such as the swimming pool and the view. Honest review about what I didn’t like about the property. The shower gets slippery when wet. Can cause a serious danger to new travelers or visitors. need to do something about that.

Staff was efficient, friendly and willing to help. They offer continental and Bangladeshy types breakfast. Because there is no sign for the presence of a hotel, I made a photo of the building. Staff can be reached by telphone, but it took me a while to figure out where they are when I preferred to meet them in person.
