Staff's behaviour, cleanliness, decorations & specially the foods. Wifi support was so poor although it was supposed to be available as free. Also the TV was inoperative in my room. Drinking water was not enough.

I liked the behaviour of the Manager. The location is good. I didn’t like the staff's behaviour. The room was too small for 3 people. The washroom was not clean as well. The shower was not working at first. The WiFi facility was also poor. The furniture was broken.
