I didn't like Booking.com. Because I booked my stay from booking.com, but there is not a single vacant room resort inform me. but booking.com never inforormed me. very disappointing booking.com

The behavior of manager. Their services. Breakfast Every staff was welcoming but the night staff was very very very rude. I was very exhausted and the worst thing is they turn off the elevator from 1 am to 6am and when I request the stuff at the counter to turn on the elevator because I was tired he was very rude first he didn’t replies me then he did a very rude behavior . Didn’t expected such behavior
