Staff was great. Building was new and modern. Noisy all night due to restaurant in front of the hotel with live music every night until midnight. Also noisy guests next door making noise until 4am.
Not anywhere near the beach front and busy road in front.
Limited choice for breakfast and not enough seating during busy times.

Hotel was generally well-maintained. Common areas were clean. Room service and housekeeping prompt and efficient. Check out was laborious and took over twenty minutes until the room was cleared upon checking out. Until the room was checked and inventory made, you were forced to sit in the lobby with your bags held hostage. For a better class hotel, this treatment felt very bad.
This hotel, like many in Bangladesh, does not accept credit card payment. It's 2026, and if hotels want to to do well, they should offer electronic payment.
