Excellent location, very close to the airport but the walking route is a little off track so you still need a taxi, which if booked through hotel, is pricey.
Its very clean, the place is spotless, rooms and amenity, all looked after and kept to high level of cleanliness.
The staff were fantastic, from the guys at the door to desk and housekeeping, everyone extremely polite, courteous and always available.
The buffet breakfast is extensive and great value only if you book with room, otherwise very pricey. The pool was a bit small, there weren't any TVs in the lounge which was a big surprise and the TV in the room did not work. The screen between the shower and bedroom doesn't work, it needs to go, its a bit creepy!

It’s a brand new facility so everything was clean as expected. But what I loved was the service, especially from duty manager Mr. Rubel, who went out of his way to help me get a complementary breakfast although it wasn’t included in my booking. All other staff were also polite and seemed well trained!
The location is also fantastic - only a mere few minutes away from the airport (by foot and by car), and is attached to Centrepoint Mall, which features a food court, arcade, movie theatre, and tons of retail stores. Really happy with the stay! Honestly, nothing to complain about
Well behaved stuffs, clean, good foods, complimentary buffet breakfast was good, secured, good price as well. Finding the hotel was little difficult, no visible big signboards except one small one, google map did take to the location but explaining someone the location was hard. A big signboard will help a lot finding the hotel. Other than that, everything was good.
