I liked their decorations, behaviour, their cleanliness, food service.
It was a good hotel.
Their room is as same as booking.com's images. Actually everything was good here.

They served the worst chicken biryani, it was horrendous. Rice was mashed like potatoes and I wonder if that chicken was fresh

Electrical problems caused AC and fan not working properly whole night suffered from heat. They don’t have back up facilities for electricity’s.

Only good thing was the bed, it was very comfortable! Well I am not trying to be harsh, just honest opinions.
I chose the room because it had bath option, but the bath tub is not in a state to use. The toilet was cramped and I am a straw weight (small guy), the staff were great! But the facility not so much :). I had problem with the first room but they quickly changed it. I would suggest to add mosquito killer traps in every floor and use insect repelling lights! With very simple additions this place could be amazing!!
