Very safe location in Embassy District. No rush traffic on the street. Staff very helpful with ordering CNG or taxi and changing money. Room was very pleasant with all necessary amenities. Large, comfortable bed. Very good breakfast with huge choice. I also enjoyed a dinner on site. Free water available. AC is working good. Very good value for money for such a standard in Dhaka. Taxi from airport cost 800taka. Room was clean but all furniture and equipment is already bit old
Great location as I was using it for visit to USA Embassy, within walking distance but I used rikshaw They charged me for something that broke while I was staying there, a knob in the shower, it was either dysfunctional or in attempt to figure out how it works.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay
The location was perfect — right in the heart of Banani Road, close to everything! The breakfast was delicious with great variety. The staff were extremely nice, helpful, and polite, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting Dhaka. I think the hotel could improve the lobby sitting area and the dining space to make them more inviting and comfortable. With a few upgrades in those areas.

—Great location! It is either in, or immediately outside, the main tourist district. Major western hotel chains like the Westin, Sheraton, and Crown Plaza are only a 5-8 minute walk away.
—Very comfortable beds & pillows
—Good water pressure. Plentiful hot water. Did experience weak water pressure and minimal hot water just one morning out a six day stay. Otherwise, it was very good.
—Very helpful & friendly Front Desk staff. They know good English too.
—Very good security guards at hotel.
—Lots of bathroom amenities like toothbrush/paste, body lotion, etc.
—Good A/C in room. Can adjust yourself (the temperature setting lowers periodic for some reason, but then goes back to your setting).
—There is a welcome drink of fresh papaya juice which was kind of nice.
—The breakfast buffet was very good, both Western and local specialties. They even have a cook-to-order omelet station (which I was surprised for this size hotel). No fresh brewed coffee, though (only instant).
—Everything in the hotel is clean and in good order.
—Good selection of TV channels, including a few in English (news mostly).
—The hotel is in a safe area.
—They have a mini refrigerator in the room packed with drinks and goodies (extra cost). —The WiFi was just OK (low bandwidth issue?) Could not video conference for whatever the reason.
—The containers in the shower for shampoo and body wash were empty (I like my own shampoo anyway, and prefer soap bars which were provided).
