Breakfast was good. The rooms are very clean including the beds which I liked the most. The staff is very helpful and cooperating. Swimming pool on the roof top is excellent. I dined beside it with my friends, and the view of the city was great! The location is on an extremely busy road even on the 7th floor I could hear traffic sounds. This can be improved by sound proofing the windows. The wash basin is just with the entrance. It looked like I have entered a washroom.

The hotel's sound insulation is poor; I had trouble sleeping on the 9th floor because I could hear the traffic noise from the street. And the hotel is located at a busy intersection. From the very first day, the price they charged for a club sandwich and pineapple juice was unbelievable. Apparently, the pineapple and club sandwich bread are imported and subject to extra taxes. Since the prices on the menus didn't include taxes, I paid approximately $23 for a sandwich and a pineapple juice, including taxes. After this rip-off, I never used any of the hotel's restaurants again; I always ate out. My reservation was made through Booking.com in US$. However, the hotel said they couldn't accept US$ payment and charged me in Bangladeshi Taka, calculating the fee at a higher-than-market exchange rate. This means I'm not only paying for the high exchange rate but also extra arbitrage fees for bank transactions. Don't stay at this hotel to avoid being ripped off.
