Staff Behaviour, they are so Co-operative. washroom was not so clean, Also the washroom door Can't be closed because of Broken Handle. Overall wash room conditions wasn't up to the mark.. Bed bug was seen, which was the more uncomfortable thing.

Staff was helpful Bed bugs were there , road conditions were not good, mirror was very small, no clothing rack / wardrobe or dressing table , and lastly no credit card facility for which I opted for this hotel.

Excellent breakfast, attentive and helpful staff A couple days the shower temperature was low, apparently a fault in the heating system, a minor gripe.

Hotel located in a quiet neighborhood. It arranges free pickup from the airport. The staff are super friendly and supportive. The pool is also nice. nothing.
