Good breakfast. Good location. Good staff. Windows have to be changed, Rooms on street side are too much noisy.

The staff was polite and supportive. The in-room amenities were okay. The location was really nice for a stay where you'd want to stay close to the city centre. The cleanliness was below par. The towels had stain marks, although they appeared to be washed. The breakfast served in the room was very basic. But the most disappointing part was the parking arrangement. Although located within the boundary fencing of the property, this was outside the building in an open space. This kept the vehicle exposed to external elements (dust, debris, sunlight, and potential risk of theft/vandalism).
To add more disappointment, the bathroom ran out of water in the morning, and the geyser didn't work despite notifying the reception multiple times.
Geyser was out of order. And we weren’t provided any seevice or hot water in extreme cold weather.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The interior was beautifully designed with a luxurious 5-star hotel feel, making our stay both comfortable and relaxing. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and all the essential amenities were provided. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a premium stay.
