Everything was perfect about my stay at Ark. Staff were exceptional, it is very well placed for the airport and tea estates, and the room was amazing.

The accommodation had everything you needed for your stay. Air conditioner, gas cooker, fridge, British toilet and Bangladeshi toilet. Plates and cutlery needed. Lovely breeze throughout.

Staff's behaviour, cleanliness, decorations & specially the foods. Wifi support was so poor although it was supposed to be available as free. Also the TV was inoperative in my room. Drinking water was not enough.
