Although the price was 16 USD for two people, they kept saying that it’s 16 USD per person at first. When I showed the booking.com screen, they admitted that it’s originally 16 USD for two people, but then they suggested that we can upgrade the room for 16 USD per person to a room with an AC and hot water. We first said that we were fine with the original one, but then they shows an angry face and almost forced us to upgrade the room. In the end, even in the upgraded room, hot water was not available.
