All of the staff are exceptionally polite and friendly. They handle every request with genuine professionalism. During my stay, housekeeping team especially Mr. Rashed checked in on me several times to ensure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. His kindness, attentiveness and supportive attitude truly made my experience feel special! I wasn’t happy with the room design and structure, hotel really needs a rebuild to match the quality of its service.
