I like the staff and their service, the location, cleanliness and would recommend this hotel to family and friends. :) One or two staff has strong BO, maybe can try use deodorant.

Very good location just 12 minutes to walk to the central square of Gulshan. Clean and comfortsble hotel, very good breakfasts, the staff very friendly and helpfull Only the pool on the roof was kind of dissapointment for us. We were planning some sunbathing, but there was only one bed. We asked to add one more, but nothing changed until the end of our stay. Moreover, lot of potentially harmfull hornets ( vespa tropica) was flying over the pool and this area during the day. ( maybe they had some nest in the vegetation there).
I liked everything about the hotel. The room is nice and warm. The breakfast was ok but no cereals, cheese. but there were moskitoes in the room and the bedsheet smell moisture....

The location in Gulshan-1 is very good with access to restaurants and easy transportation. It is close to the Gulshan and Banai lakes. The area is very walkable. I was there during Ramadan and the staff went out of their way to may me feel comfortable with meals and local guidance. Really nothing to note... Great staff, personal service!
