The room was spacious. The staff outside [security/doorman] were very courteous and helpful AC was not functioning well; bedroom was warm Shower gutter was blocked, had to ask maintenance to fix it Reception staff need to be trained to be more courteous and pleasant, the one lady was quite rude and claimed to not understand English.
