The location was excellent, but there was too much traffic. But I guess for a location like that, it was expected.
The staff are very nice, and the rooms are very clean. We only had complementary breakfast so can't tell about the lunch and dinner but the options for breakfast were limited but great. We did not try the rooftop restaurant though. Overall it was a great stay. We only had a minor water supply issue for about 15-20 mins on the 2nd day of our stay, but that's about it.
Very professionally run hotel focusing on providing exceptional customer service, the room was good, set up like any standard western hotel and had all the facilities. Staff are very friendly, all were able to speak good English and always available to help/assist,
I had my elderly mother with me, they paid extra attention to her, were very polite, respectful and made her feel very comfortable.
Location is very good, close to all the central parts of Sylhet, all types of transport available outside the hotel.
The operational manager and his team are doing an excellent job in running this hotel. They are open to take any suggestions to improve on the services provided and have personally approached me which I appreciated,
The overall stay felt very easy, comfortable and secure. I have booked to stay here again. Would very much recommend to friends, family and any non resident Bangladeshis. Breakfast was good but can be better/improved, I would recommend minimising on the buffet dishes/options and focusing on more local and English breakfast options. A good coffee machine would significantly improve the service.
Very clean room with comfortable beds with tv with WiFi, spacious room all around very good, furniture inside the room , Could have been better breakfast, there's not much available, the drinks water a mix orange, no gym of swimming pool however it's a 3* and the rooms are better then most hotels in sylet.. and most of all there should be a chef cooking omelette.

The hotel staff were impeccable. Absolutely wonderful. Polite, helpful, communicative, went above and beyond. Rooms were also great! Bathrooms and bed and amenities were perfect. Breakfast was delicious and location was ideal. Great value overall as well. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly stay again! Some noise, as is inevitable considering the location, but really not bad at all! Pillows could be softer, but that’s personal preference.
