Breakfast was fantastic.
Personel fantastic.
The coffee bar in the lobby was good. the room described in booking was the presidential suite, not the room we got. No kitchenette, no bathrobes, no wifi on the roof top pool.

The external side of the building, internal but excluding the rooms. The bed was really comfortable. Everything else was good. The shisha and rooftop were amazing, very nicely done. Even for a 5-star hotel, their mini bar is not free, which not the issue. However, they charge quite a bit for their drinks, e.g., for a redbull, even for UK price, it's not more than £1.65p but they were charging equivalent to £4 per can.
Then you have the TV, which was scratched up heavily. The bathroom hasn't had a deep clean. The tile grouts were filthy. They gave us 1 slipper for both of us, 1 toothbrush and one tiny tooth paste, same goes with the toilet tissue.
Customer service was on point..
Everything was ready, and support was amazing

East to get to and from the airport. Thats it. Stayed when it first opened and was nice and fresh. Same decor 16 years on, dated, tired and not up to the level I'd expected.
