Location was good, staff were very friendly and welcoming. There's no way to see outside area or sunlight from the room, didn't find AC remote, its not value for money with this price.

The young man at reception was very kind and interesting to talk with. The location was easy to find, close to the train station. The room was large and comfortable, and the bed matress very hard. There was hot water, although you must use a bucket as it doesn't come out of the shower spout.
