Toilet flash was not okay, wash basin was not properly cleaned, room was not properly cleaned but food was excellent as well as the staffs cleanliness was at its poor

Complimentary breakfast and the behavior of the staff, especially the three front desk receptionists and the room service team, are significantly better than other properties.

The light breakfast is somehow acceptable. The breakfast server behaves well and maintains hygiene so far. Comparatively, the breakfast at the hotel was exceptional than that of the hotel accommodation. I would give this hotel zero stars if possible. This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.
The most alarming issue was the staff's conduct. Their behavior was aggressive, hostile, and utterly unprofessional. When I tried to communicate my distress and mentioned that I felt insecure because of their manner, they did not apologize or reassure me. Instead, they took the shocking action of ordering me to leave the hotel immediately and find alternative accommodation. This instruction was given late at night, demonstrating a complete disregard for my safety and ability to find a room.
The room was also unacceptable: I was assigned a room where the window was broken (malfunctioned) and could not be closed, meaning the window remained open 24/7. This is a severe security flaw.
Finally, they compounded the issues with an error on the final hotel bill. I am extremely unhappy and urge future guests to book elsewhere for their safety and peace of mind.
