I recently stayed at Royal Park Residential Hotel, after booking it through Booking.com, and I was extremely disappointed. The photos on the website are very misleading and do not accurately represent the current state of the hotel.
Upon arrival, I found that the hotel was in a very poor condition. My room was in level 6, but there was no lift. Despite the central location, the discomfort and lack of basic amenities made my stay very unpleasant.
I urge Booking.com to ensure that the listings on their website are accurate and up-to-date. Travelers rely on these images and descriptions when making their bookings, and it's disheartening to have such a disappointing experience. I would also like to request booking.com to check some review about this hotel which are given on google map.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and hope that my review will help others avoid a similar experience.
