It's clean, enjoyable. Best part boat trip to foyslake and free rides. Many inconvenience things , arrival, lots of furniture in hallway etc.

Spacious room. Other than that there is nothing to appreciate. there was no hot water. there was lizard in washroom. they served leftover food from dinner in breakfast, the pillow covers and bedsheets are not properly cleaned, construction noise from the adjacent site keeps bothering since 6 in the morning. staff tries to justify all the drawbacks instead of acknowledging them.
