টাকার পরিমাণ হিসেবে রুমগুলো খুব বেশি ভালো ছিল না।তবে স্টাফদের ব্যবহার অনেক ভালো ছিল।নিরাপত্তাজনিত কোনো সমস্যা নেই।ফ্যামিলিদের জন্য বেস্ট একটা হোটেল হবে।ব্রেকফাস্ট মোটামুটি ভালো ছিল,আইটেম অনেক ছিল কিন্তু খাবারগুলো একটু টাটকা হলে ভলো হতো।লোকেশনটা একটু দূরে হওয়ায় এটা একটা সমস্যা।বাদবাকি সব ভালো ছিল।রেটিং করলে ১০ এ ৭.৫ অথবা ৮ দেওয়া যায়...... খাবারগুলো একটু বাশি বাশি ছিল।রুমগুলো যেমন আশা করেছিলাম তেমন না।কিন্তু টাকার পরিমাণটা একটু বেশি ছিল।

N/A We had reserved several rooms for ourselves and our family for a trip to Chittagong. Thankfully, we decided to call the hotel to reconfirm—only to be told that all our rooms had been given away and we should try one of their other properties instead. This was extremely frustrating, especially since our reservations were still showing as confirmed in the app and we received no prior notice from the hotel. As a result, we had to book elsewhere at a higher price because it was too close to our travel dates to find alternatives.
We later realized it felt like a tactic to push us toward another hotel under the same management, where the rates were higher. However, that property wasn’t listed on Booking.com, so we didn’t feel comfortable or protected making a reservation there.
