Ambiance, nature and the location more especially the staff is amazing ! Very helpful and kind. Everything else is clean, maybe they just need new pillows and bed covers. Pillows and beds are dirty (moldy) but maybe this is because of the rainforest woodsy nature. Everything is clean, maybe they just need new pillows.

The best thing about the property is how helpful the guy who runs it is. He was super communicative with me and help. Make sure I had a pick up from the bus station last minute and very late at night. He was kind enough to help me organize a renting a scooter, even though he had some reservations about liability. It could be a little cleaner. There was some pieces of garbage, etc. in my room when I arrived.
I happen to like that it was a little outside of town, but for folks you want to be able to easily walk to a café or a restaurant, you should be aware that it’s a bit out of the way.
