The landscaping is nice and the staff is friendly. Room is big. Food in restaurant ok, prices a little high but still ok Breakfast ok but nothing too special. Suitable for locals but they said taste is not very good. Problem are the beds. Like a piece of hard wood, extremly hard and to top it the pillow is like a stone, big and hard too. Bed was for me extremely uncomfortable.
First we had a room just above the pool pump and kitchen with noise 16 hrs per day,
Pool is nice but cannot be used these months because too cold. There is a hot tub but all guests and children use it with clothes like it s customed here. At the end the water is like a slightly dark soup.
Breakfast menu was excellent, we enjoyed the swimming pool also. Bedside lamp, door bell not working .

Large room with a balcony…comfortable bed…staff were fairly helpful Hotel was noisy at night…breakfast was not very good

Large room with a balcony…staff were very attentive….location was good for Sreemangal Breakfast wasn’t particularly good, not many options…quite a bit of noise during the evening as some ongoing renovations…only shower, no bathtub

I like the rooms,pool...outside garden in hotel.. No amusement, no activities and the games room and restaurant closes too early
