The booking.com agent was very un professional. He tried to overcharge me. When I asked him why the price in the website and his are different? He said the website might charged me for non ac rooms. On top of that the agent double booked a room. When we reached the property, we had to wait 6-7 hours for the room. If this is not resolved I will never use booking.com again.

Only nature, nothing else Vomit will come out when talking about the room and their service. If I took pictures of rooms, cupboards, bathrooms, and anything else, I would share here.
