The courtesy, manner and the hospitality of all the staff. Especially, Mr Raihan, the receptionist had an impeccable attitude towards our reception. He is a pleasant example of front of house.
The room size and its amenities.
Location and the assistance from everyone. The room was missing a mirror which can be annoying at a time when you get ready and go out somewhere.
