My recent stay at the Imperial Residence in Banani was a blend of positive experiences and a few disappointments.
There’s no denying that the location is excellent right in the heart of Banani, close to everything one might need. The staff truly stood out; every member was courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Their professionalism and kindness made a strong impression. I also appreciated the sense of safety and security throughout my stay, which added much comfort. That said, there were some challenges with the room itself. The couple’s room we were given felt quite small and somewhat congested, leaving little room for movement or prayer. There wasn’t any suitable arrangement for drying clothes, which caused a bit of inconvenience.
The main problem was with the air in the room. We had asked for a non-smoking room, but it seemed the ventilation was connected to a nearby smoking room. Because of that, cigarette smoke often came into our bathroom and spread through the room, which made it quite uncomfortable.
