The receptionist who's name (I think) was Songon was great. Exceptionally helpful and kind with excellent English - we have no Bangala.

1. Good location 2. Helpful staff 3. Decent breakfast (traditional & continental, though options/items can be increased) 4. Cleanliness of the room with balcony 5. Allowed to check-in earlier than the standard time 1. No signboard/indication of the place in front of the building, took a while to locate it after asking several local people.
