The service by the staff was much better than my expectations. They helped be with booking a tour guide and providing car and driver during my brief stay in Dhaka.

Slippery washroom floor can get you hurt. Some stuffs are not friendly with local people.

This hotel offers a very nice, modern facility in a superb location. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional breakfast and the wonderful staff. I'd especially like to commend Shajuti, the Guest Relations Officer, who provided excellent guidance, including recommendations for the best saree shops."

I didnt get to stay, they wouldnt give me the address. I had to wait in the rain and book a different place. EVERYTHING
