Location is very good and reception staff was nice. Definitely not a 4 star property. Unfortunately this was the dirtiest bathroom I’ve ever seen in my life. Bathtub was in such condition (almost black and full of hairs) that taking shower was out of question. I shortened my stay and had a hard time getting refund.

Toilet flash was not okay, wash basin was not properly cleaned, room was not properly cleaned but food was excellent as well as the staffs cleanliness was at its poor

Complimentary breakfast and the behavior of the staff, especially the three front desk receptionists and the room service team, are significantly better than other properties.
