A decent hotel located fairly close to the airport and the (airport) railway station.
The hotel was a great base for our trip, and staff were very friendly and helpful with excellent English.
We were well served by Ekramul Haque and Ezaz Dewan who were kindly able to store our bags on our final day, and also allow us to use a room to shower before our flight home.
We tried the restaurant for dinner one night and the food was very good. Note that there is a switch for the hot water!
We both enjoyed cold showers on our first night before finding out that we had to press the switch- after this it was all good! Maybe a sign would help.
The hotel was located in a very ideal area which was near to the main airport in Dhaka. The staff were very helpful and friendly and arranged all services with ease and efficiently. Mosquitos were found in the room and the ‘English breakfast’ which was included in our stay, wasn’t an English breakfast. It was traditional Bangladesh food such as paratha, dhall and curry items. I have to score the breakfast as a zero due to this. The advertisement for room and breakfast was misleading and inaccurate.
The location and the ability to have a beer with dinner. It was within walking distance of a shopping store called a Arong. also it was quiet once you were inside. The shuttle worked great both coming and going. The room was so tiny. It was very difficult to maneuver luggage.
