Only staff ... the staff is great and very helpful ... Outside, first impression was like from some apocalyptic movies. Dirty dusty windows, pale colour on walls, dust everywhere. I could not open the window and got allergy from A/C as who knows when it was cleaned properly
Reception was ok ... but the rest ... It says 4* but I would not give even permission for work.

Room is very comfortable the bed is nice but not too soft providing good lumbar support staff are very quick to respond also It’s a good experience overall but the security kept checking our bags every time we go in and out of the hotel which was long but I guess as long as it’s safe that’s tolerable
