Cleanliness, comfortable, good location, beautiful environment. Room service food price is too high and quality is not much good. Breakfast items were not sufficient and late to refill.

I did not like the breakfast as it was very normal breakfast and there was not choice. Just offered two items and was not up to the mark. I did not like the denial of my confirmed reservation and gave one room with double charge but that room was not deserve that price.

Friendly staff, delicious food, essential location, quiet room My room didn’t have a view. The water from the shower collected by the basin and didn’t drain away. I had to lean over a large puddle to use the basin.

Breakfast varieties were less. It be increased. Location is well within the city centre and excellent. Staff behaviour is very good. Breakfast need to be of more varieties.
