The location of the resort and the behavior of the receptionists. Behavior of the hotel staff, bad AC, lack of facilities, negligence towards helping us.

Cleaning guy was nice Receptionist was rude. They took mine and my wife's picture in their cell phone. Never seen this before. Also took picture of our ID cards. Asked to send money before checkout. Lied about the distance of the beach from hotel, it's not 400 feet, it's few thousand feet. Bed only had box spring, dirty bathroom. One of the worst hotel experience. Never here again.

When I arrived, the staff told me they were fully booked and they had not received my booking. They showed me the telephone number on Booking.com to the property was a fraud number. However, the staff were nice and helped me find another hotel where I could still get a room.
