Staff was very helpful and co-operative which names is Arafat.. Decorations and facilities are likes most.. The dining is common which is not comfortable for everyone... The authority take a mini step that situation is that a table and 2 chair setup at bedroom which will be the solution i think.. Another thing is the bed is jerking and very much noisy which is very uncomfortable for privacy.. Thats it.. Is these things you will cover the place will very much perfect and 100% recommendable from side of me.. Overall great thanks..
Location, cleanliness Instead of Deluxe King room we were given a tiny room-416, where everything was set up for one person.
We had to wait long times before checked in. They claimed booking.com was wrong as check in time written @1pm.
Breakfast wasn’t high quality.

Exceptional staff who were polite, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful when I needed to modify my booking last minute. They were competent communicators and able to resolve matters very quickly with patience and diligence. Highly recommend staying here during a visit to Rajshahi, food and amenities are great and the staff are very skilled at handling locals as well as foreigners.

Cleanliness, comfortable, good location, beautiful environment. Room service food price is too high and quality is not much good. Breakfast items were not sufficient and late to refill.
