The location and the resort itself were good. A very nice place for a retreat. The staff seemed to be laid-back due to pur stay being at off season. Toiletries were missing, even after asking they weren't provided. The quality of food wasn't good enough and they were unreasonably pricey.

The tour in Chitra resort Narail was far better than my expectation, the please was wonderful entirely on the bank of Chitra River, the cottage was awesome, the taste of food really nice, the memorable outing experience was watching otter fishing, the last mile road was not smooth

The sitting area in the pool only at night though when all the lights are on Resturant, they take too long making the food and they do not have a supply of soft drinks in a four star hotel. Staff all untrained. Barbecue came out burnt
