The staff were superhelpful. The beach was very close. They did not have lunch or dinner facilities

Had a great complementary breakfast and the location not bad but the property is very close (approx 200 yds)from the sea beach Hotel room & beds were not the same as we choose/booked thru booking.com
It takes 10-15 minutes far from Kolatoli & Sugandha beach point while ride by Battery Riksha and fare 80-100 taka one way.

It is better to book a room by contacting the hotel directly rather than booking.com which shows much higher prices.

I liked some parts of the room. The service had major shortcomings. The staff behavior was not satisfactory at all—room service and housekeeping were very poor. The bathroom tap was not work properly, and the breakfast was completely tasteless.
