They did not keep the promise that you accepted to provide drivers accommodation complementary. It’s a kind of cheating . Very poor communication & understanding between property and booking.com

Nichts Das noch 5 $ zum Preis dazu kommen stand auf der booking Seite nur ganz klein unauffällig kaum lesbar. Auf das Frühstück habe ich vom vereinbarten Zeitpunkt aus eine Stunde gewartet und dann noch mal 15 Minuten auf den Kaffee. Das Zimmer war muffig und ohne Fenster. Handtücher waren keine im Zimmer, ich habe auch nicht danach gefragt ich habe nicht geduscht und bin am nächsten Morgen gleich ausgezogen. Taxifahrer konnte das Hotel nicht finden unter der von Booking angegebenen Nummer war niemand zu erreichen. Das Hotel eine Katastrophe. Sie arbeiten mit Fakes bei der Bewertung. Wenn man sich die Mühe macht und die fünf Sterne Bewertungen auf anderen ähnlichen Hotels vergleicht stößt man immer wieder auf dieselben Bewerter.
