Clean. Very helpfull and friendly staff. AirPort pickup. Central location. Staff really made me feel at home.

Nothing How do I complain to and get a refund for a booking .com's Hotel Green Castle, Rangamati, Bangladesh when the host have published false photos of it and when I arrived it was NOTHING like it? They have taken 2000 to advance from me!
