Nice and clean hotel. Comfortable stay. Behaviour of the staff at the restaurant. I booked 2 room for 4 adults and 4 children (14,11,10 and 1 year old). They charged me for extra bed. In the restaurant when we went for breakfast, they made me feel like we’re not welcome there . They asked me to pay for extra person. I told them we have paid for an extra bed . They didn’t believe and rang to the reception. Reception told them that they haven’t charged us for extra bed which was weird. However I told them to charge us for breakfast if it’s needed. Later they came to my room and informed me that they’re sorry for the misunderstanding and we don’t have to pay for breakfast as they charged us for extra bed.
It’s a 4 start rated hotel so I wasn’t expecting that behaviour from them. Apart from the restaurant staff the people the reception were nice. The girl at the reception welcomed us nicely. She was great at her hospitality. Other staff needs to improve their communication skills with guest.
The staff in reception are very good and their services were nice. Breakfast ws very good. Room was spacious and enough with lights. It was clean. Despite liking everything, I had the most horrible experience when I discovered beg bug at night. I reported it to the room service guy in the morning. He seems not surprised.

Nothing to like about. Overcrowded and basic facilities not ensured. Only 1 elevator for the entire building. Staffs are not at all friendly.
